The Salon article you directed us to does not provide any evidence (at all) that it happened. Around here we work with evidence. That Salon article is nothing more than an absolute hit piece on John McCain. Stating that the quote is found many pieces doesn’t cut it either. I can quote you saying you said something and then FBV can repeat it, but that certainly doesn’t prove it happened. Bring evidence, not Hearsay.
