Gee, you’d almost think some Americans had commiited some sin by gathering and protesting something the government was doing they didn’t like. Aren’t we, as a free country and free people supposed to allow our citizens to peacefully protest what the government does or does not do? I would guess the mass of the protesters were tax payers and felt they had a right to protest how their taxes were being spent, whether it was sensible, reasonable, or even correct. I am an arch conservative, and I will not alter my principles. Also, almost half the people did not vote for Obama, so they don’t feel obligated to support him in most of his agenda. I don’t.
