Friction with the air will cause the snowball to melt, so you’ll be hitting her with a waterball. Unless it gets really hot, then it’ll just be a puff of steam.

Encase the snowball in a double-wall Dewer flask forged into an ogival shape. Include helium-based cyrogenic cooler as needed.
