I’m going to say never because A: it has nothing to do with Lying Hillary; and B: The Donald has no idea who Duterte is. But if he did, he’d love the unconstitutional murder-encouraging motherfucker.

Duterte gives us a good idea of what President Trump would look and act like. I am sure that they would both look forward to a mutual photo-op.
