In the article in The Independent, that phrase doesn’t appear. They go into the details of his association with the English Defence League and National Action (the proscribed group), along with the murder of Labour MP Jo Cox.

As I occasionally keep an eye on the █chans, I can tell you that it’s not that uncommon in those circles. I’ve read some pretty hair-raising stuff, like how young girls should be kidnapped and bred before they get corrupted by the saracens… And when even people there react, the response is the standard Freeze Peach!, and if law enforcement gets to nosey, the boards get deleted. I’ve seen the pattern repeating for about 10 years now.
