Is the article stating that or did they talk to actual DOJ people? I ask because I’ve seen articles speculating that no charges will be filed, but it’s just the writer drawing a conclusion.

That is inconceivable to me after DOJ’s filing last night. Trump is going to be indicted for multiple felonies. It would be nice if the judge will require him to stay off of social media pretrial.
