I agree. And sadly, I am not convinced that there will be much, if any, of an intervention to help make that kid a productive and successful member of society.

Yet another mess bequeathed upon future society by us current members kicking the can down the road. *sigh*

I’m surprised the GOP isn’t shrieking for said child to be waived into adult court.
