It’s odd. I myself was a reluctant Obama voter (Hillary! Oh God, Hillary! It should have been you! OK better now.) But you’d think the appeal of Obama to various supposed conservative types would have pleased this centrist Democrat. It doesn’t. I’m irked. What on earth were they seeing in this, the most lightweight candidate we’ve run in years? And why, if everyone was gonna get excited about a Democratic candidate, couldn’t I?
