I’m a fellow ADDer. I admire you being able to get on top of it to be successful. It’s always manifested in my case as OPD.

Yeah, no one diagnosed us, did they? We were just the kids who had trouble paying attention and planning ahead…although i finally got myself some light medication a little time ago and that also made a big difference.

We haven’t yet figured out whether our son can cope without medication, but i’m a whole lot more sanguine about including it in the list of options after having experienced such good results myself.
