McConnell has achieved his lifelong dream — transforming the entire federal court system into a toxic, racist, oligarchical institution that will focus on imprisoning and destroying minorities and denying them the vote. Of course he can retire in 2020 — he has accomplished his goals and we will not escape the evil he has wrought in my lifetime.
