In other news, Michael Jackson is still dead.

Not really. There was yet another breathless article about him just this morning; apparently, a video of him singing taken just before his death has been found! Every media outlet in the country is jetting their teams of top-flight reporters to cover this nationally important event, and to secure rebroadcast rights so the video can be played over and over and over again for the next 500 hours or so, searing it into the country’s consciousness for eternity.

Or until a really cute chipmunk turns up on YouTube.
