I happen to think the nation-state is a relic that has served out its time and must be replaced by something better if humanity is to survive.

I also happen to think that humanity is not destined to survive.

Good luck with that one. I don’t see anything worthwhile replacing the good ol’ US of A, or Israel, or Australia, or Canada for that matter, anytime soon. The UN is a cesspool of Third World dictators and corruption.
