Sounds great to me, can’t see why you would complain.

I recall not caring for sauerkraut in my youth, though I developed a taste for it later in life.

And kielbasi with sauerkraut was not a rare meal in my house*. I wonder if it was the quality of the sauerkraut? (I presume canned stuff from the supermarket since it was the 70s and we were living in Indiana.)

* - Don’t wonder why personally. German ancestry on both sides and parents were raised in western NY (Buffalo) and west-central Pennsylvania (small coal town).
