Olive oil can substitute for most “grease” then, even in some baked goods.

Heat a tablespoon or so of olive oil in a skillet, throw in broccoli florets, toss in some greek seasoning (provence herbs are wonderful too) add some more olive oil on top to soak the seasoning deep into the florets, and saute for just a few minutes.
