Oh it’s not censorship. But in this case it is a measure of pussydom and cowardice.

The thing is, you’re not making anything like a substantial critique. If you bothered to take your time and write out a long post about why you think the Snowden affair is a very important 4th amendment matter, it wouldn’t get downdinged, and it wouldn’t get deleted, and you wouldn’t get banned for it.

So why not do that? Sparing the personal invective and the accusations of hive-mindedness, why not make your case rationally with as much conviction and persuasion as you can muster?
