On the other hand, if we had gone the way of Canada, we would now have “human rights commissions” criminalizing free speech, just as in the mother country.

Now that the advice from the NYT and Helen Thomas is to remove the word “terrorist” from our Middle Eastern vocabulary, perhaps that is something we can anticipate experiencing.
