And the thing is, she didn’t say one single negative thing about her job or her employer. She only talked about the difficulty of trying to survive on minimum wage and how much of a difference 25 cents an hour would make.

I know, that was the most insane part to me. She didn’t badmouth her employer or job even though she would have been well within her rights to but instead expressed gratitude that she could help make her granddaughter’s life easier. I bet the boss that fired her considers himself a “pro family conservative” too.
