I suppose the unemployed will have insurance if and when the subsidies kick in.
I’m looking at the government unemployment rate, which is currently 10.4 according to google.
The bet assumes that unemployment will go up due to HRC passing. i don’t welch on bets, but I’m also not going to let people play games with numbers. ;-) This statistic is what i go by: google.com
