Black people should vote for the GOP because of what the GOP was 150 years ago but ignore the actual hostility that is exhibited to them by the GOP today.

They appear to keep forgetting that they should owe the GOP unending loyalty and subservience for that. Rand Paul should be sent out again to remind them of that.
