I still tend to believe that if the patient had been complete about the relevant history the first time he went to the ER, he would not have been sent back home with antibiotics. Instead he would have been off to an isolation ward immediately.
This story isn’t “recently in Liberia + symptoms”. Instead it is “definitely exposed to Ebola + symptoms”.
See #390 which explains a lot. His info was not passed on, as it should have been.
