Too funny. It takes them over a year to replace a water line on any given metropolitan street.

Reminds me of “The Big Dig” and other associated massive infrastructure projects.

I’m not sure “The Big Dig” qulaifies as infrastructure. Structure usually implies that it holds together. But is is infra. ;)
