Do you have a link for that ? Nothing I’ve seen says anything about CIA photos which would surely beyond the rule of the court:

Yeah, releasing 5 year old photos of inbred losers abusing prisoners in Iraq is just a great idea!

Well, it’s a great idea if you want to start up the insurgency again, and provide fuel to flame the islamic extremists and aid in their recruitment.

Of course it will get US troops killed. DUH.
