I’ve checked the documentation from engineering at it doesn’t seem like you submitted your request properly. You’ll need to resubmit your request thru the ticketing system, then make sure you get approval from the managers from all groups involved, then we can submit your request to the scheduling group to arrange for it to be looked at in the next weeks upcoming maintentance request meeting and see who is available to look at your issue and get an answer back to you.
