He almost certainly knows better and is lying for his cause. This is exactly the thing that woke me up. I think it was Mark Steyn who made the absurd claim that European countries like Germany and France did enact stimulus measures after the economic meltdown. It took 10 seconds to google and prove he was lying. I just don’t bother fact checking these guys anymore. There are too many lies to even bother following up on.
