White people will not, in the next 50 years, cease to be a majority of Americans. Here’s how:

A sufficiently large category of people not currently considered “white”… suddenly will be. It’s what happened to Irish-Americans, Italian-Americans, the Poles, the Russians, Ashkenazi Jews… 100 years ago none of us were white and now we are.

(actually the census category is called “non-Hispanic white” — all those Hispanic whites are soon to be just white. Just like it used to be somebody was “black” if they had 1/8 African ancestry, today it takes significantly more than that)

Actually non-Hispanic whites will eventually cease being the majority, around 2050 according to projections which over the past several decades have been quite accurate. It’s already occurred in CA, TX, and a number of other states.

While it’s true that people of more than one race are growing quickly and many will eventually identify as white, the fastest growing groups are non-white Hispanics and Asians, neither of which is likely to identify as white.

I completely agree that Pat should suck it. Because the fact is there’s no magical tipping point where all things white and European will be gone. It’s another paranoid fantasy from an extremist douchebag.
