They’re very aggressive about protecting their copyrights on YouTube, and they have the right.

FNC definitely does have the right to request their materials be pulled from YT per the provisions of the DMCA. However, IMO, it doesn’t make it right, even if the clip makes O’Reilly look like a walking dick; seems like a case for fair use to me.
