He does have a comprehensive plan, though. It’s not the greatest thing ever but it is workable and would cut the deficit.

It’s an absolutely fucking terrible plan that would dick the middle and lower class over for the sake of the wealthy.

Which is what the GOP is going to keep proposing we do.
