Depends on how difficult they were to cause. Would Ukraine’s special ops people be able to do that technically?

They’d be operating far from home, to say the least. Also, if sabotage, this was a maritime operation, which isn’t exactly the easiest type of operation to pull off; It would have to be done by specialized divers and/or with a submarine. The last time I checked, Ukraine doesn’t have any active-duty subs in their Navy.

The prime suspects I’m seeing on internet speculations (if indeed this was sabotage) are:

- Russia

- Ukraine

- The United States
