This guy is in big trouble, if, and I mean if, he is actually a serving officer in the military. I am not 100% convinced of that yet.

My guess is that he is (actually a serving officer in the military) because the person(s) attempting to make the case have been turned down by the courts before, for reasons of standing… so they have been looking for an active solider (who would then be in service to the CIC) to claim a legitimate standing. I am not a lawyer, but I think that is the idea.

But, yes if he is for real he is in trouble.
