I wrote this before, but just to repeat - be sure that you like whatever you decide to buy. Houses are a pain, the maintenance costs can eat you alive, and you have no assurance that you will be able to sell it for more than you bought it. So, you’ve got to like living there.

Yes you did. And that was a big factor in my bid, and why i didn’t bid higher when i knew their floor. I could live there, but my eyes would jump out of my head every time I had to, you know. And I you know a lot. And if I take a book in there, I spend a bit of time. I would be living in the bathrooms, and I don’t like pink or purple glazed tile.
