Speaking of closed doors, did you see the ridiculous defense of Pistorius? He heard a sound in the bathroom and unloaded his gun through the door in fear, and then it occurred to him it might have been his girlfriend and not an intruder. Yet another example of guns making the home unsafe.

Pistorius’ defense is bullshit. If what he’s claiming is actually true, I’d still toss his ass in jail for being criminally stupid. Well, if I were a judge, that is.
