When you want a refund for being a dolt and buying two tickets? Don’t see how that could be resolved on Twitter. But then, I don’t tweet, so what the hell do I know?
I’m pretty sure nothing is going to get resolved at that point.
I had an irate tweet to my previous webhost complaining about the fact that they wouldn’t give me a refund within 7 days of my hosting renewal. Coincidentally, although they say it wasn’t because of my tweet, someone did review the case a second time and I got my refund (which I should have in the first place).
Given that it was a very grumpy tweet, I did delete it and tweet out that things had been resolved to my satisfaction.
