When he messes with Medicare and SS he is messing with older Republican voters.

Watch how they’ll frame it. They’re saving the program and the cuts would have been lower had Democrats allowed the changes earlier. Just watch.

And they’ll go ahead and buy it as the benefits of Medicare/Medicaid/SS, which they pay taxes specifically dedicated to, are gutted.

They bought into the BS about Obamacare, including those miners who thought Trump would help them, and Obamacare provides specific black lung coverage. Repeal Obamacare and that coverage goes out the window.

The GOP refuses to address fact that their policies all work towards making people destitute and do nothing to improve their quality of life. In fact, the GOP plan is all about burden shifting - from the rich on to everyone else, and the people voting for the GOP think that they’re the ones benefiting. No one ever said logic and reasoning was part of the political process. They just keep voting Republican, no matter how much they get screwed.
