I have a problem with that. See, he’s accused of this. Charges have been filed. But he has not been convicted.

What if he’s found innocent?

Let me give you one little piece of the evidence that bothers me. That’s the witness statement, of this man who says he heard this, turned, and saw the slap.

The witness was sitting in row 1. The incident was in row 18. The flight was descending into Atlanta.

Ever been on a plane with a crying baby half the plane away? Every try to hear what anyone next to you, much less half the plane away, was saying?

So I’m torn. If he did it he deserves all the crap that can be delivered. But… did he do it? And should he be punished before all the facts come out?

As has already been mentioned, the witness was 8 rows away, not 18.
The Mom said the man told her to shut that n****r baby up. She said to him…“What did you say?”

At that point she claims he drunkenly fell into her face and whispered something even worse in her ear. That is when he proceeded to slap the baby.

There was plenty of time for the witness to hear racial the slur, make it back to the seat to see him slap that baby.

Also, not his first offense for drunken misbehavior.
