Jonathan Haith, against whom all drug charges were dropped

The dismissal was filed on February 24, 2010. According to the dismissal document, the case was dismissed “in the interest of justice”.

Three charges had been pending against Haith: felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver a Schedule I controlled substance, felony manufacture of a Schedule I controlled substance, and felony possession of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school.

Looks like he’d been mixed up in some dirty shit in the not too distant past.
