I would appear that way… but some times people hang nooses in their own trees… It looks bad but there is just no proof one way or the other who made the call or why.

Well in a rare case of me agreeing with you, some feel this IS dealing with the problem.

Denying, minimizing, and postulating setups or fake threats is dealing with it? Respectfully, I disagree.
