I haven’t seen a single movie he directed. And I’ve only heard of one of them.

He’s got a couple of decent films. Dancer in the Dark (starring Bjork) is actually a very beautiful, if tragic, film. It fell flat with American audiences…we like our happy endings too much. But I recommend seeing it on Netflix if you haven’t seen it yet. Bjork is disturbingly captivating in this role.
