Fine, but the article headline has nothing whatsoever to do with the stepfather’s presumption of innocence. The way they did it, putting rape in quotes, casts baseless doubt on the principle that an eleven year old pregnant girl cannot possibly give consent. It just seems like such a strange thing to do.
