Lousy generalizations. You are assuming that all home-schooled kids spend the whole day with their parents, that they do not deal with other adults, that they are home-schooled because they have a clinical disorder or are chemically imbalanced. On top of that, you say they must have low self-esteem?

Your answer then, is the public school system? that is your answer to generating good self-esteem and finding role models?

Really?

Using the public school system as a positive example in this argument is seriously funny.

Some of us who teach in public schools feel that being a good role model is the greatest calling of our profession, so please be careful with your generalizations.
