The police are out of control, and aren’t about to let journalists report it.

The police in Ferguson are out of control. The mayor of Ferguson is worse than tone deaf in understanding just how bad things are. He thinks that things were really peaceful before the shooting, ignoring the rampant racial profiling and a heavy handed police response throughout. Now that the protests and rioting is going on, they’re letting their heavily armed units run roughshod over the community.

Thought the local PDs were replaced by MO Highway Patrol. When did they get back in play?
