Interesting. I have to wonder though about whether he was indeed a firefighter. We see firefighters in their turnout coats and pants. The person they’ve carried off is wearing no identifiable gear whatsoever. It looks like he’s in shorts and a tank top.

They probably removed his outer gear to check for injuries.
