I’m going too. It doesn’t start until the spring though.

Cool thing is I was seriously thinking about going to culinary school but couldn’t work it for this fall. Then one night we were out for dinner and there was a notice for a job. I thought what the heck I’ll ask about it. Ended up talking with the chef for a bit which led to this job offer.

I like this way better. I get paid to learn rather then having to pay to learn. :)
