I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s already crap on PrisonPlanet about HAARP or Satellites with MASERs on them causing the quake.

Everytime any weather event happens there will be a chorus of conspirators claiming that it was intentially caused by HAARP.

I really wish I actually understood HAARP.
