My current opinion of here is no worse than in the 90’s, and she is certainly qualified for the office she is campaigning for.

My reasons are strictly personal: once she is officially nominated, the political discourse and level of media whining, pissing and hyperventilating are going to get so ugly that I will probably have to give up on my favorite hobby, namely following politics.

I remember when that was an argument for Obama - he was new and low key (no drama Obama) and therefore Republicans would be less crazed and more willing to work with him. Having seen how that worked out, I am confident that Republican will bring the crazy and the hate for whoever the Dem nom is.

Actually, being an old, I remember when Bill Clinton was considered a good choice to work with repubs. Southern, DNC, personable. They sure figured out how to hate him.
