Killed in battle? yes, Killed in some gray areas where the inclination to take prisoners rubbed up against their reputation for kamikaze/suicide bomber tactics? yup, imprisoned unjustly? yes, but I’d be interested to know what you’re getting at, aside from individual rogue soldiers or breakdowns in discipline.
