KSP Troopers say that cameras equipped with explosive devices were placed in wooded areas in Harlan County.

They are asking for the public’s assistance for information on who is placing these cameras in Harlan County.

Police believe the owner of the cameras put the explosives on them to keep people from stealing the cameras.
