In Kentucky, we pay personal property taxes on our vehicles, boats, campers, RVs, interest-bearing notes and a shitload of other things.
That’s in addition to state income tax, as well as state and local sales taxes, a 7% insurance tax, local payroll taxes, hotel room taxes, excise and use taxes on all utilities, and who know what the hell else.
