Sounds like being in the Baltimore-Washington Corridor, or NoVa. All the ‘diversity’ applies, except you also need security clearance.

I have 85p clearance (I believe that the correct designation). I did a couple of months at Lockheed/Martin about 4 years ago. But, I’m 56, male and white. Laid off from the DOE after 13 years as a contractor 5 years ago and only have had a few short term contracts since then.
