I’m guessing the Olympics in Russia will also make it much more difficult for Putin to do anything about the mess in the Ukraine. He won’t be able to send tanks across the border as he did in Georgia in 2008. Plus, in that case, the witless Saakashvili gave him the perfect excuse to attack. Here, the witless one is his own guy.
