I get where the desire to treat this lightly comes from but normalizing Trump is dangerous. The military absolutely will not defy a direct launch order if he gives it. If and when the time comes here is no safety net or fairy godmother in uniform that will intercede between his paranoid narcissistic lunacy and the continued existence of human civilization.

The real world isn’t The Sum of All Fears or Crimson Tide, there’s not going to be one officer who prevents a nuclear holocaust by exploiting his linkage in the chain to prevent launch authority from being exercised.
